220gm butter
160gm brown sugar
220gm cake flour
240gm rolled oat
1tbsp baking powder
100gm choc chip
80gm chopped almond

melt butter & brown sugar dlm periuk direct atas api.

campurkan semua dry ingredients. bila butter & brown sugar dah melted tuang ke dlm dry ingredients. kacau pakai senduk ya. coz panas.

pas tu bulat2 kan n bakar. temparature 150c and 30minutes.

tips utk kukis ni. nila biar lama sikit doh akan dry. so renjis air sket2 kat doh sampai leh bulat2 kan.
