What does he know about you

What does he know about you
He says you're oh so cathartic
Frozen like a wind from the Artic
Besides smelling of brand new

What if you said you wanted to die
Everytime seagulls fall from the sky
Everytime angels blink their eyes
Everytime the caged bird cries

What could he say to appease
And would you ever find yourself at ease
You counted every second of your time
And spent multiple wages on weary wars battling inside

Keep it to yourself
In the past, because you had to
In the present, because it's caution you breathe
In the future, because you've grown accostumed to believe
There's no other world to live
